Thandai Powder

Hi...
I need a small clarification..
In India it is said that all the ingredients stated in this receipe like
pistachio nuts, pepper, almond, nutmeg, cardamom, fennel seeds , poppy seeds are warm

Intake of these things create warmth to our body ..is it advisable to drink in summer season ..The only part is cold is milk ...

Sabudana Vada

seing dana is peanut ...just roast in low flame till medium brown ,coool it and peel off its covering then grind it till coarse.

Sabudana :-
Nirav Sabudana (Sago, Tapioca)
These small pearl, white balls are extracted from the pith of the sago palm. When cooked they turn from their opaque white color to translucent, and become soft and spongy. It is most commonly used in fasting dishes such as sabudana khichdi, when devout Hindus neglect from eating meats and poultry. In South India they are used to make small pappadam wafers called sabudhana poha.

I have tried my best to make  u clear .....if u go to indian market ask for sabudana they wil give it is round and  white in colour

Good luck
Jillu
